If you can do the official hCG diet plan, you can lose weight FAST

The official hCG diet plan is centered on the official hCG diet plan phase 2. It is pretty easy on paper. Following it works because the scales tend to reward you each morning with weight loss and for me, I didn’t experience any physical hunger when I took my hCG.
The official hCG diet plan was great for me and here it is in short.
The first day of the official hCG diet plan phase 2
- Either take your injection of hCG or put .25 cc’s of non-homeopathic hCG solution under your tongue. If you are putting it under your tongue, you will do this once more in the evening.
- Eat as much fat as you can. Even though you can eat as much as you like of anything, concentrating on fats rather than sugars and starches will help you with the transition and you will not gain as much weight during loading.

- Guzzle at least 64 ounces of water. If you can do twice that, it is even better.
- Take your vitamins and supplements.
The second day and optionally the third day of the official hCG diet plan phase 2
- Just repeat the first day of the official hCG diet plan phase 2
On the third or fourth day of the official hCG diet plan phase 2, depending on how many days of loading you chose to do, you will start following this schedule. You will continue this schedule for at least 3 weeks.
- Climb out of bed and empty your bladder then weigh yourself naked.
- Either take your injection of hCG or put .25 cc’s of non-homeopathic hCG solution under your tongue. If you are putting it under your tongue, you will do this once more in the evening.
- Drink at least 64 ounces of water. If you can do twice that much, it is even better.
Instead of breakfast while you are on the official hCG diet plan phase 2 chose one of the Following:
- Black Coffee
- Organic Green Tea
- Organic Wu Long tea
- Organic Yerba Mate tea
- Organic Chamomile tea
Drink all you want of these drinks, but do not use any sugar or milk in these drinks.
During the official hCG diet plan phase 2 at lunch time you can chow down on 3.5 ounces of one of the following meats. The meat should be weighed raw; then cooked. By the way 3.5 ounces is about 100 grams.
- organic beef or veal
- organic skinless chicken breast
- wild Chilean sea bass
- flounder
- sole
- halibut
Add to this 3.5 ounces of one of the following veggies. Do not mix these vegatables. In other words don’t have a salad. Just eat one kind of vegetable per meal.
- Spinach
- Chard
- Beet Greens
- Lettuce of any Kind
- Tomatoes
- Celery
- Asparagus
- Cabbage
- Cucumbers
- Red Radishes
- White, Yellow, or Red Onion
During the official hCG diet plan phase 2, you can snack on a small apple or grapefruit or 6 large strawberries.
For the official hCG diet plan dinner just follow what you did for lunch EXCEPT make sure you chose items that you did not have for lunch.
As far as condiments and seasonings go you can use the following:
- white or black pepper
- organic raw apple cider vinegar
- sea salt
- organic thyme
- juice of half an organic lemon
- organic parsley
- organic basil
- organic marjoram, or any other herb
While on the official hCG diet plan phase 2, do not use oil, butter, dressings, or anything else!
Here are some other things to consider.
- You should never use make up that contains any oils. You also need to use oil free soaps, moisturizers, shampoos and conditioners. I use products from HCG Diet Skin Care which are all safe to use.
- Stick with the diet as described above for stable fast weight loss. If you want even faster weight loss you can add some of my tweaks.

Ok, I messed up big time. I was on the HCG diet, but cheated (a lot) I have a terrible problem with the sweet tooth. I’ve ended up gaining weight rather than loosing, and would like to seriously start the program over, but need to know if it will work since I messed up the first and second time. please help
Yes, the hCG diet will work just as well. no matter how many times you have failed. This time around stock up on diet soda’s and sugar free gum. I know that the official protocol say not to do this, but in your case drinking a diet soda when the cravings hit or chewing a stick of sugar free gum can really help a lot.

Another thing that you need to watch carefully is touching fat. Fat absorbs through the skin and appears to cause the hypothalamus to become confused.
This will stop weight loss and it can even be touching food you are about to eat.
Fat that passes through you stomach is digested and does not trigger this response.
I once handled Tater-Tots for my Grandson and stopped losing weight for 2 days.

Your situation is a difficult one. You probably can’t wear latex gloves and tasting all of those foods is definitively pusing the hCG protocol beyond the breaking point. My honest opinion is that you won’t be successful under your current circumstances with the hCG diet. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t lose weight.
There are some excellent programs that I have either used or been involved with that help people lose weight. I ended up choosing hCG because of the speed, but that doesn’t mean that other programs aren’t effective. You just need to find the one that fits you best.
The following programs are tried and true if you follow them.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots has been a best seller since 2008 with no sign of letting up. Some people have achieved an average of a 9 pound fat loss every 11 days. When I did it I only averaged 6 pounds every 11 days. It is a unique approach to weight loss that just might fit your situation.
Another program that I have succeeded with is Strip That Fat. This is a great approach to fat loss by using a balanced approach to food. I loved it because of the built in software that helped me plan my 2 week menus and it prepared a shopping list for me automatically.
There is also Meals 101 which is really like having a nutritionist on staff. Though I am not sure whether you job means you love to cook or it means that you can’t stand to cook once you get home. But this is a solid program.
I know of a few more that are really excellent but I have not tried them personally. You can check these out and if you want more suggestions, just drop me a comment.

So I have been reading about the different phases of this diet and the info I have recieved only has infor for the first 21 days what happens after that? The last bit of info i recieved said to stop taking the pellets on the 22 day and remain on the diet for 3 days without taking them what next?

So after the 21 days you need to spend another 21 days eating as much quantity of food as you want but severely limiing your carbohydrates. You need to stay under 4o grams of carbs per day.
This is done by avoiding starches and sugars. To understand what starchy foods are visit Starchy Food List
Carbohydrates are found in all grain based foods and any sweet type of food. To find out the grams of carbohydrates in a food you want to eat, just type into Google “how many carbohydrates in (name your food here).
Make sure you keep track, because if you don’t you will gain it all back.

I see that you are using pellets. This may be you problem. Pellets contain almost no hCG at all because they are made through the homeopathic process just like the drops. If you click on the HCG Drops tab at the very top of this page you can read about how homeopathic hCG is an extremely diluted mixture of hCG.
Normally, if you are hungry and you have been strictly following the diet, it is an indication that you need to increase your hCG dosage, but with pellets, I am not sure that will work. At this point, you body may be trying to protect itself against starvation.
Do you have any dizziness, weakness, and feelings of fatigue? If so, you need to increase the amount of proteins you are eating. Eat more white meats like very low fat turkey or grilled chicken.
You should never allow physical hunger–as opposed to cravings–go unchecked. Eat a bit of white meat when you are physically hungry.

Help!!!!! I finished my pellets and did the 3 days on the diet not taking them and I have gained 5 lbs back. I am not doing anything different. am I doing something wrong?
The important thing to do is to keep your carbs below 30 grams a day for the next 21 days.
As to your recent weight gain, can you think of anything you have done differently as far as eating, that you didn’t do on the diet.

Nothing done differently, black coffee water, fruit for snack, 3.5 oz chicken breast, vegatable for lunch, 1 melba toast for snack, 3.5 oz lean beef, veg for supper. I try to get 2 liters of water a day. Also since i stopped taking the pills I get so hungry maybe that is the problem? Is it ok to take them for another couple of days?
The best thing for you to do is eat more. Your body may be trying to defend against starvation. Eat more protein and fat, but avoid all sugar and starch.

Yes, in fact it is quite easy. You should check your grocery store for analog meats. These are meats that are made from soy protein and you can get them in almost any flavor and style of real meats.

Yes, especially if you power walk 30 minutes first thing each morning. Down a power shot like 5 hour energy and hoof it for 30 minutes…does wonders!

Yes, 500 calories a day is not always a one size fits all.
Remember these guidelines are only good if you are taking full strength hCG preferably by injection.

By “power shot” I am talking about those small energy drinks like 5 Hour Energy. I am using my own blend which contains around 12,000% RDA Vitamin B12.
im loosing weight so slowly is that normal in the first phase? im loosing less then a pound a day. can i take a 5 hour in the mornings and power walk in the evenings?
When I did my first round of hCG I only averaged 3/4 of a pound a day so there is a large range at which people lose weight on hCG. Walking will help by boosting your metabolism. Walking at night is not as effective but you should still see an increase in your weight loss.
If it won’t interfere with your sleep, I would still take the energy shot just before I went on my walk. If that doesn’t work then take it in the morning instead of coffee or green tea.
Take a 1000 mg of vitamin D3 every morning as this will cause your body to burn an extra 200 or so calories a day and drink all of your water with ice in it since it burns calories in order for your body to warm it up.

I have used beef Jerky and protein powder successfully but I had to check the label to make sure there was no sugar. If the carbs are 1 or less it should be OK. You also need to track the calories to make sure you are staying within the proper ranges.
Try vegetable juice as a substitute for vegetables. Again keep your calorie count within range and make sure that your vegetable juice contains no added sugar.
Hi, I started the first round of my hcg drops today.. today is my first loading day out of two. Is it okay that I took the drops under my tongue before I ate? I am just not sure if I was supposed to take the drops during my loading days. Also I have a BIG question, I bought my drops a store in the pharmacy, the brand/box says the hcg solution, the NiGen Guarantee, I am wondering if this is deluted and if it will benefit me!?? Yes, take the drops during your loading days! Your drops are very diluted since they are homeopathic and they also contain no hCG since the are hormone free. Those are the facts as to how well they will work I can not say.

Homeopathic preparations are super diluted solutions of hCG. The more it is diluted the more powerful homeopaths believe it is. For instance, if your solution says 6x on it, that means that the “mother tincture” was diluted 1 part to 9 parts mineral water than succussed by rapping it sharply against a hard surface. This new diluted mixture was then diluted again 1 part to 9 parts mineral water and succussed. This was repeated 6 times.
The resulting homeopathic hCG is so diluted that you would have to drink 25 metric tons of it in order to have a 67% chance of consuming 1 molecule of hCG hormone.
Homeopaths believe that the curative identity of the substance is transferred to the solution through succussion so that it is not necessary to have hCG present in the final dilution.

I really want to try this HCG diet so can you recommend which drops are the best out there and before I begin, I am taking an acne medicine, Minocycline and need to moisturize. Will this greatly affect my results? Should I not do the diet if I need to use these creams which do have a certain percentage of oil in them?
Hope I can manage to do it and see results but don’t want to go ahead and stick to 500 calories if the results will be affected by my acne meeds.

As you know I am not a big fan of hCG drops, but if I were forced to use them and not use injections or diy drops then I would use these – Ultra Drops
I started the HCG drops with out doing the loading up part but did stick to a 500 calorie healthy diet is this ok
The loading period is in order to give your body time to switch between using ingested fat and using your own fat. It is really important when you are injecting hCG, but since homeopathic hCG has such little hCG in it, it isn’t as important.
I am starting to load tomorrow, phase 2. do I start my injections then or on day 3 when I resume my 500 calories?

No, you should begin the injections right away. You must be taking hCG while you load in order for your body to make the transition from external fats to your body’s fat as a source of energy.
How long is it safe to do the phase 2 part of the diet? I read that you could to up to two cycles of the 21 days but what if after the two cycles you still have more weight you would like to loose? Thanks!
You can do up to 3 cycles and then you need to take at leas a 3 week break. After that you can do it again. You can rinse and repeat until you reach your weight goals.
You don’t mean staying in P2 for three cycles straight do you? I was under the impression (according to protocol if I read correctly)That you dose no more than 40 consecutive days or 35lbs of loss, which ever is greater. At that point you need to move into P3,4 and after completing those for 6 weeks you can then return to the protocol for more rounds. Is this correct or incorrect I am confused!
Yes, many people are doing that now. However, there is a danger of your body adjusting to the hCG and thus stalling your weight loss. Taking a break for 3 weeks on p3 is really recommended.

I have Been doing the HCG Drops for a little over 3 weeks now and I’ve lost 20 lbs, however I think I’m now at a Plato! My weight seems to be staying at the same weight. I had initially heard through the grape vine sort a speak regarding HCG drops however did not have a lot if information.
When I purchased them at the store they were in a box, however literally no information but taken 3 times a day under your tongue, so this is what I have been doing, however I did NOT eat fatty foods the first Two days- I didn’t know to!! I eat 500 Calories a day, sometimes 700.
Is this the reason I’m not losing anymore because I didn’t do the first initial steps!?!

No, plateaus happen. The best thing to do is to continue what you are doing for at least 3 days. If you are still on a plateau by that time do an egg or apple day.
