Here Is The Official HCG Diet Plan

If you can do the official hCG diet plan, you can lose weight FAST

The official hCG diet plan is centered on the official hCG diet plan phase 2. It is pretty easy on paper. Following it works because the scales tend to reward you each morning with weight loss and for me, I didn’t experience any physical hunger when I took my hCG.

The official hCG diet plan was great for me and here it is in short.


The first day of the official hCG diet plan phase 2

    • Either take your injection of hCG or put .25 cc’s of non-homeopathic hCG solution under your tongue. If you are putting it under your tongue, you will do this once more in the evening.
    • Eat as much fat as you can. Even though you can eat as much as you like of anything, concentrating on fats rather than sugars and starches will help you with the transition and you will not gain as much weight during loading.

  • Guzzle at least 64 ounces of water. If you can do twice that, it is even better.
  • Take your vitamins and supplements.

The second day and optionally the third day of the official hCG diet plan phase 2

  • Just repeat the first day of the official hCG diet plan phase 2

On the third or fourth day of the official hCG diet plan phase 2, depending on how many days of loading you chose to do, you will start following this schedule. You will continue this schedule for at least 3 weeks.

  • Climb out of bed and empty your bladder then weigh yourself naked.
  • Either take your injection of hCG or put .25 cc’s of non-homeopathic hCG solution under your tongue.  If you are putting it under your tongue, you will do this once more in the evening.
  • Drink at least 64 ounces of water. If you can do twice that much, it is even better.

Instead of breakfast while you are on the official hCG diet plan phase 2 chose one of the Following:

  • Black Coffee
  • Organic Green Tea
  • Organic Wu Long tea
  • Organic Yerba Mate tea
  • Organic Chamomile tea

Drink all you want of these drinks, but do not use any sugar or milk in these drinks.

During the official hCG diet plan phase 2 at lunch time you can chow down on 3.5 ounces of one of the following meats. The meat should be weighed raw; then cooked.  By the way 3.5 ounces is about 100 grams.

  • organic beef or veal
  • organic skinless chicken breast
  • wild Chilean sea bass
  • flounder
  • sole
  • halibut

Add to this 3.5 ounces of one of the following veggies. Do not mix these vegatables.  In other words don’t have a salad.  Just eat one kind of vegetable per meal.

  • Spinach
  • Chard
  • Beet Greens
  • Lettuce of any Kind
  • Tomatoes
  • Celery
  • Asparagus
  • Cabbage
  • Cucumbers
  • Red Radishes
  • White, Yellow, or Red Onion

During the official hCG diet plan phase 2, you can snack on a small apple or grapefruit or 6 large strawberries.

For the official hCG diet plan dinner just follow what you did for lunch EXCEPT make sure you chose items that you did not have for lunch.

As far as condiments and seasonings go you can use the following:

  • white or black pepper
  • organic raw apple cider vinegar
  • sea salt
  • organic thyme
  • juice of half an organic lemon
  • organic parsley
  • organic basil
  • organic marjoram, or any other herb

While  on the official hCG diet plan phase 2, do not use oil, butter, dressings, or anything else!

Here are some other things to consider.

  • You should never use make up that contains any oils. You also need to use oil free soaps, moisturizers, shampoos and conditioners. I use products from HCG Diet Skin Care which are all safe to use.
  • Stick with the diet as described above for stable fast weight loss. If you want even faster weight loss you can add some of my tweaks.
