How I Failed With The hCG Diet Phase 4

I couldn’t wait to get on the official hCG diet phase 4 and be done with dieting altogether. According to the official hCG diet phase 4 information I had read, my hypothalamus should be reset and I should be able to return back to eating normally without gaining weight.

At first the official hCG diet phase 4 lived up to its promises. I ate normally and didn’t gain an ounce over my last day on the official hCG diet. This was great! Then things began to go bad at work. I couldn’t seem to please my boss and stress began to build. Unfortunately, I resorted to old habits of dealing with stress and one of those was by over-eating, particularly in the evening.

HCG Phase 4 Isn’t A Miracle

Stress, cortisol, and over-eating began to erase the gains I had made with the official hCG diet. It took two years on the official hCG diet phase 4 to completely erase all the weight I had lost. At that point I went on the official hCG diet again.

What Went Wrong With The hCG Diet Phase 4?

I lost all the weight one more time on the official hCG diet and then gained half of it back. At the date of this writing I am on the official hCG diet again and losing faster than I ever have before because of some tweaks I discovered. What has gone wrong with the hCG diet phase 4?

The thing that went wrong with official hCG phase 4 for me was the word normally. What, you mean you can’t stuff it until it hurts? Yea, duh, you’ve got to eat normally. Over-eating will always result in bad things happening for you. I realized that I needed something more than just going on the official hCG diet phase 4 to enjoy long-lasting health. I needed to also address what was making me over-eat. So this time during the official hCG diet phase 4 I need to manage my eating.

” Cheesy Dough”

Becoming a sprout eating vegan—no offense to sprout eating vegans, I salute you—just ain’t in the cards for me. I just can’t live that way. Like I said, I am a cheesy dough kind of guy. I just don’t want to look like one. This time, during the official hCG diet phase 4, I will be using the Eat Every Other Day (EODD) protocol to prepare for blow out days. If you lose a couple of pounds before the celebration, you can celebrate without guilt or overall weight gain.

This time around, I am really ready for the hCG diet Phase 4 because I am sick of dieting, in general. In order for the hCG diet phase 4 to work for me I have set the following rules for myself.

  1. During the hCG diet phase 4, I will go on a mini diet the minute I am 2 pounds over my end of diet weight.
  2. During the hCG diet phase 4, I will use the EODD protocol to prepare in advance for “blow out days”
  3. I will negotiate a new relationship with food.
  4. I will exercise regularly.

This time around I fully expect to have success on the official hCG diet phase 4 which, incidentally, will last the rest of my life. I will keep you posted on how I am doing on the official hCG diet in this blog.
