hcg diet phase 2The hCG diet phase 2 is not exactly easy and since I was going to have to go through it again for a second time, I wanted to get the most out of it. So I did some research and man did it pay off.

I had to pick my jaw up off the floor when I lost 13 pounds on the first week of hCG diet phase 2. The first thing I realized was that there are two sides to weight loss, eating fewer calories than your body uses and boosting the amount of calories your body burns. If you optimize these two things, look out, your in for some seriously fast weight loss.

The hCG diet optimizes eating fewer calories than your body uses but that still leaves the other side of the equation, burning more calories. Of course, exercise is a way to do this but not the only way and exercise on the hCG diet needs to be done carefully. Still, I added a power walk each morning and was stunned and the increased weight loss.

The other way to increase fat burning while on hCG diet phase 2 is my using thermogenic supplements. Now, I didn’t really believe in the magic weight-loss pill but I do believe that certain supplements can boost your weight loss on hCG diet phase 2.

Thermogenics on hCG diet phase 2

Thermogenic means heat producing and when it is applied to the human body it is referring to producing body heat due to increased metabolism or fat burning. I leaned the by taking a mega does of Vitmin D3 each morning while on the hCG diet phase 2, I burned an extra 220 calories a day. I began taking them every day.

I also found that of I drank all of my water as ice-water the body had to burn fat in order to warm up the water. I also dank and energy drink similar to 5 Hour Energy each morning.

I discovered 21 fat burning switches available from Jon Benson Fitness packaged as The 7 Minute Diet. It isn’t a diet, but the name is catchy. I read this ebook and immediately posted the 7 minute cheat sheet on the wall and I still follow it everyday. It results in my body burning an extra 1,100 calories every day.

I did some figuring and 1,100 calories is the amount of fat a 150 person would burn jogging 9 miles. This is what I did to get over double the weight loss I’d ever gotten before.

  • I power walked every morning
  • I drank an energy shot each morning
  • I followed the 7 minute routine each day
  • Since you are going to go or are going on the hCG diet phase 2, you might as well optimize it for maximum weight loss like I did. Why go through the grief and not get the most out of it.

    • I fixed the links on the page (hCG Phase 2 Results Doubled). I’m not allowed to send you the cheat sheet, Jon is a good guy but he won’t let me give away parts of the 7 Minute diet. I can tell you that I love it and it involves taking mega doses of Vitamin D3 and doing things like drinking all of you water chilled near freezing so that your body has to burn calories in order to warm it up.

      I can also say it is worth the price if you plan on sticking with it the rest of your life, but if it is just for a short weight loss period then it won’t do you a lot of good.

      Jon’s stuff is really good for people who are willing to make life-style changes to keep the weight off. I use his both his 7 Minute diet and his Every Other Day diet in combination to keep my weight off–boo rah!

      Anyway the links are fixed and if you don’t want to pay for the 7 Minute diet you should begin googling ways to boost your metabolism and develop your oen cheat-sheet.
